Crystal View Capital Fund I, LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of  the 4,000 sq ft former chase bank building with a double lane drive-thru located within Cooper Square Center.  “This “bolt on” acquisition makes complete sense from a synergistic view point since we currently own two other parcels in Cooper Square.  Moreover, the lease up risk was significantly mitigated since we have received two separate LOI’s before closing to lease the space from regional retailers.  Upon disposition, I believe we will command a premium valuation due to the attraction of a more institutional buyer, reconfirming the “whole” will be worth more than the “sum of the parts”.
