Additionally the asset was completely mismanaged – rents at 40% below market, deferred maintenance, and 28% vacancy. The plan is to stabilize the asset with new management, bring rents to market, and fill the vacant units to 90%+ occupancy. Once complete, the property will have a net operating income of approx $160,000 and a valuation of approx . $2,160,000. We are very pleased to add this asset to the Crystal View Capital Portfolio.”
