Portfolio consists of three properties featuring 413 storage units and 9 commercial spaces, all located just 5-10 minutes apart.
Through close collaboration between our asset management and field team, we optimized our service contracts with our call center and landscaping services, which resulted in decreasing operating expenses by $13,000 over the past six months.
We also saw a chance to bring commercial rents up to market rates, further boosting value.
